【Resin New Design】
Since the establishment of XYM Plastic Factory, Xinyimei has been committed to the development of two aspects. One is to improve product quality, and the other is to develop new designs. In December 2022, we started to prepare for new mold development. After more than 7 months of data analysis and discussion, we selected two resin chairs to made the mold.
This chair is an original design by XYM Furniture. The design is inspired by the design of Louis XVI in the 18th century. It is a cost-effective, stackable, frame-integrated injection molding process, with a firm structure and a modern work that will not scratch or peel off the paint. Our designers boldly adopt brand-new PP materials, the fusion of tradition and modern art. The overall appearance of PP banquet chairs is simple and elegant, which is not only suitable for wedding events, but also for business meeting rooms.
The second design is the PP princess chair.
This backrest design was originally applied to the Louis Metal Chair. But metal chairs are prone to paint peeling and rusting, so XinYimei thought of making it into a PP chair. We are very pleased with the finished product of the chair. 99% imitation metal material, it looks like a metal chair, but it is actually made of PP casting. Believe that using it as a wedding chair will make your wedding more attractive.
In the process of mold improvement, considering user's sitting feeling, we deliberately made the appropriate adjustment of the backrest’s curvature, which is more ergonomic, while it doesn’t affect the overall perception of the chair.
