we have our factory in Foshan, China. If you want to have a visit to
our factory, please contact us to make an appointment. We can arrange
driver to pick you around.
Q4.What is your minimum order quantity?
We
have the detail MOQ for each item. But we also accept the sample and
LCL order. If the quantity of single item can't reach the MOQ, the price
should be sample price.
Q5. How long will my goods be warranty?
We
have 3 years warranty under the right use .The banquet chair frame we
have 5 years warranty When loading we will Prepare some oil painting in
the container. If your chair scratches in future, you can repair it.

| 1.How can I get some samples? |
1) We are honored to offer you samples. The samples will be double charge, clients need to pay for the courier cost. Charge of one chair will be deducted from the payment for formal order. 2) Regarding the courier cost: you can arrange a RPI (remote pick-up) service upon FEDEX, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc. to have the samples collected; or inform us your DHL collection account. Then you can pay the freight direct to your local carrier company. |

| We design some professional for different, like Violence test, Load-bearing test, Fire protection test, Painting test, etc. 1)If you are allowed to visit our factory, you can finish the test by yourself, we will give you some guidance at the site. Welcome to visit our factory! 2)If you want to order online, we can show you the test video before you making an order. |
| 4.Can I customized my chairs? |
Yes, of course. We are factory, can accept your customization requirement. We can print or emboss the hotels logo on the goods or their packing box, for patent protection purpose, a letter of attorney (letter of authorization) shall be provided for the logo. |
